How can I Order?
Our weekly menu is posted to the website on Wednesday at 8:00AM. The order window is then open from Wednesday to Friday at 5:00 PM. Orders can be placed during this window via our website or by phone. Simply add meals to your shopping cart on our menu.
What is the Bountiful Guideline Lifestyle?
The Bountiful Guideline Lifestyle (BGL) was created by Dr. Wendy Spanos to address the root problems of her patients. It eliminates gluten, oat, rice, corn, grains, dairy, soy, and egg from the diet. By removing these triggers, the body's digestive track can recover and process foods the way it was meant to.
Can I Customize my Order?
Orders can be customized within reason. Certain seasonsings and dressings can be removed upon request. Simply add a note to your order during the check-out process and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Where/When can I pick up my order?
Orders are available for pick up from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM Tuesday and on Wednesday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Special arrangements can be made upon request. The current pick-up location in Jonesboro is:
